Frequently Asked Questions

Is there an on-premises version of your software?

Yes, Proceedix can be installed in your datacenter or in your private cloud. This can be part of the Enterprise package.

Can you integrate with other software packages?

Yes, we have developed an integration API that is accessible for Premium and Enterprise packages.

What is a user?

A user is a named person who executes procedures. People who configure and create procedures are not counted as users.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Of course. The subscription can be cancelled after the onboarding period (first three months). After that, the subscription can be cancelled after each year.

Do I need an onboarding package?

No, you can implement Proceedix yourself. But since implementation requires you to change your daily operations, we recommend buying an onboarding package to get you up-to-speed in no time.

Can I pay with a credit card?

This is currently only possible in the USA.

Can I get additional support?

Yes, additional support can always be requested.

Do I need to pay up front for a year?

Yes, as Proceedix is a tool that will be used on a daily basis and requires a change in your processes, we believe a long-term commitment is critical for your success.

Can I combine a subscription package with an onboarding package that has a different name?

Yes, that is possible, but in our experience it makes the most sense to combine it with the identically named package.
