Awards highlight how wireless vibration monitoring and digital manufacturing deliver higher performance as enterprises adapt to workforce shortages and new demands

Woburn, MA – December 7, 2021 – SymphonyAI Industrial announced today that two of its solutions have received 2021 Gold Awards from Oil & Gas Engineering. The Watchman AIR wireless vibration monitoring solution earned the award in the asset management software category and Digital Manufacturing platform received the award in the software category.

“Workforce shortages are a critical issue for manufacturers as we head into 2022, and our solutions address those issues,” said Dominic Gallello, CEO of SymphonyAI Industrial. “Watchman AIR streamlines data collection for resilient operations. Daily machine health status updates are much smarter than monthly walk-around collections, so operations leaders can anticipate and react more quickly to changes and disruptions. The Digital Manufacturing platform brings together diverse data streams in a low-code package so plant managers can rapidly find open orders, review materials consumption, update quality status, run machine setups, or download a recipe.”

Watchman AIR includes the Accel 310™ high-resolution wireless vibration system. This allows teams to monitor machines 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Hourly summaries and daily diagnostic analyses spot early faults and predict failures months in advance. Automated diagnostics are backed by an expert automated diagnostic system (EADS) that uses meshed networks to gather accurate data across long ranges.

The SymphonyAI Industrial Digital Manufacturing platform delivers real-time integration to multiple data sources, business applications, shop floor systems, machines, IoT devices, and people across multiple sites. The AI-enabled digital manufacturing suite provides a vast library of IoT connections and a low-code environment that plant operators can use to rapidly build workflows that improve manufacturing operations and costs.

The announcement follows the selection of Watchman AIR as a finalist for product of the year by Plant Engineering, the IoT Global Awards 2021, and the selection of SymphonyAI Industrial Digital Manufacturing as a finalist for Control Engineering’s 2022 Engineer’s Choice Award.
