SymphonyAI Industrial Plant Performance division is in need for a talented sales representative to join the team. The sales representative is responsible for the management, growth, and expansion of our condition-based management “CBM” solutions. This role will align with our current Go-To Market “GTM” teams and focus on driving pipeline, closing business, achieving, and overachieving sales targets. The sales representative will work with existing and net new opportunities to drive annual reoccurring revenues “ARR” for the company. You will report to the VP, Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Perform research to source leads within our target industries and customer profiles
  • Respond urgently to interest from marketing campaigns
  • Ability to build business development campaigns
  • Manage leads through the entire sales cycle to close
  • Consistently meet sales targets and other metrics defined for this position
  • Engage prospects through traditional phone calling, emailing and video meetings
  • Research, plan, and implement new target market initiatives
  • Cold-calling expertise in a B2B direct lead-generation environment
  • Team player possessing the desire to grow within this company

Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience selling IoT 4.0 manufacturing software and/or hardware
  • Industry experience in Reliability, Asset Management, Vibration Programs, Condition Based Monitoring a plus
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM a plus
  • College degree or at least 5 years of experience preferred
  • Self-starter with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas
  • Ability to focus and execute in a changing environment; make things happen
  • A competitive drive – the ideal candidate should be motivated to learn and win
  • Experience calling and navigating complex organizations
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel 15 – 20%
