Responsibilities

• As a Technical Product Consultant, you always start by analyzing the customer’s business needs, work instructions and inspection processes. You configure the first workflows and support implementation of first use cases of our Proceedix platform. You provide training and helpdesk to support the customer’s team and provide implementation support during pilot roll out programs. You analyze customization and integration needs and take care yourself of some of the customization and integration developments (optional).

  You will receive a broad education and will be mentored by experienced software consultants of the central team in our Belgian office. You will be working in an enthusiastic and professional team. You will be responsible for the implementation of Proceedix at clients in diverse industry verticals, in the US.

  RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with Proceedix sales executives (US) and Proceedix Project and Product Consultants (Belgium) to understand and analyze the client or prospect requirements.
  • Participate in design sessions for development of new functionality and for customization of existing functionality.
  • Develop and co-develop some of the integrations, automations and customizations:
  • Create and maintain process automations with MSFT Logic Apps (optional)
  • Create and maintain custom reports (optional)
  • Create and maintain custom webservices (optional)
  • Create and maintain PowerBI reports (optional)
  • Perform product demonstration support to the sales teams for prospective clients
  • Develop expertise in product knowledge, technical knowledge, and industry and process knowledge in relevant product areas.
  • Customize technical product training materials
  • Address customer support questions in timely fashion

Qualifications

• • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology
  • 3+ years SaaS presales experience in business applications or analytics
  • Exposure to process and discrete manufacturers and / or asset intensive industries
  • Strong listener and communicator
  • Affinity with and or a strong interest in software implementation concepts e.g., DMAIC
  • Experience with business process analysis and technical specification design
    • Experience with system integration methods and technology (web services, JSON) is a plus
    • Basic knowledge of PowerBI is a plus
    • Plans and prioritizes work using resources in the best possible way to complete tasks on time and with high quality
    • Adjusts style and content to appeal to the specific client needs and the comprehension level of the audience
    • Ability to travel to Belgium for product training and ability to travel 25% or more in support of US sales
