Over the past few years Proceedix collaborated closely with AMA.
AMA XpertEye brings together assisted reality, workflow management, and online scheduling with head-mounted technologies to revolutionise remote working. This enables real-time data and knowledge sharing between a subject matter expert and field workers, whilst keeping workers’ hands free.

Remote assistance and workflow management: a golden twin for Connected Workers

The end of April marked the kick-off of the integration project between AMA XpertEye and Proceedix. In the near future, it will be possible to launch an XpertEye Remote Assistance session during a workflow execution in Proceedix’ Connected Worker platform.
Vice versa, it will be possible to launch a Proceedix execution from an XpertEye Remote Assistance session. This way, Remote Assistance helps us to even further connect the Frontline Worker and improve operational excellence.
